The Awin Helper Extension consists of two distinct views intended to offer relevant features to the related job functions.
*Simplified View* is designed to assist those in Sales roles or for clients to quickly understand the level of compatibility that a given website has with Awin’s tracking. As an addition to this, quick links to Awin documentation (via the Developer Center) are provided with a click on the difficulty rating.
*Technician View* is designed to assist the Integrations team in their daily activities such as setting up new programs, reviewing completed integrations and taking a deeper look at client websites for integration methods.
✨ Site Technology Detection
When the extension is accessed in a tab with a webpage loaded, the extension will attempt to detect any in-use website technologies that may have compatibility with Awin tracking.
These detections may display relevant information such as the Awin MIDs detected, ease of installation ratings and, if applicable, provide links to relevant documentation for a given platform.
Some pages are not readable such as internal pages for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Additional restricted pages are added as necessary.

✨ Cookie Consent Frameworks
Cookie Consent Frameworks appear as a detection in the extension popup. Mousing over the chip will display all detected frameworks on the current page.
